Margaret Michaels has particular
expertise in the field of workplace harassment.
Ms. Michaels has carried out investigations into single and multi-party
harassment complaints, has assisted federal and private sector employers
in the development of anti-harassment policies and processes, and
has instructed individuals at every organizational level in the issues
surrounding harassment and workplace conflict.
Margaret Michaels HRC has a National Master Standing Offer with the federal government for harassment investigation and a current security clearance with the federal government at the Enhanced level. Ms. Michaels has completed several harassment and discrimination complaint files for the Canadian Human Rights Commission.
