Complaint Investigation

Federal Government of Canada
National Master Standing Offer: E60ZG-030002/010/ZG

By law, every employer in Canada must provide each of its employees with a workplace free of discrimination and harassment. Complaints alleging discrimination and/or harassment based on those grounds covered by the Canadian Human Rights Act or based on an abuse of authority must be addressed. Your response to harassment-based conflict must be impartial and be seen to be impartial by your employees. As an external investigator, Margaret Michaels brings a level of credibility to complaint investigations, which no internal resource can match.

Many of the following organizations have retained Margaret Michaels on several occasions to carry out investigations into allegations of harassment and/or discrimination. Margaret has conducted over fifty investigations into single and multi-party complaints alleging harassment or discrimination upon the grounds of race, ethnicity, age, disability, sex and/or gender, as well as personal harassment and abuse of authority.
